Value for money?
All properties are different and requirements will vary considerably from building to building. Therefore, we always recommend calling us for an initial, free consultation in order to clarify your needs prior to producing a detailed quotation.
Our ethos is to provide a complete service and to charge appropriately for that work. In general terms, our prices start from �1,000 + VAT per annum for properties requiring day-to-day management. Additionally, for extra services which fall outside the normal scope of our management fees we will make an additional charge, notifiable to and agreeable by you before we carry out the work.
