Matthew Young

Integrity Property Management was formed in 2005 by Matthew Young, an associate of the IRPM (The Institute of Residential Property Managers). Matthew set up his business in order to tackle what he believed were the gross inadequacies of the block management industry. Having spent 18 years trading stocks and shares in the City of London, he became increasingly frustrated by the service provided by managing agents when he was a leaseholder.

Later, he became even more disillusioned having purchased the freehold of a block of flats, and so Integrity Property Management Ltd was created, building on the philosophy that landlords are clients but tenants are customers, Matthew saw the need to establish a continuing harmony between both parties, for the benefit of all. It was on this basis that Integrity Property Management developed and has grown steadily over the last four years managing an increasingly wide range of residential properties throughout the South East.

Andrew Cowan

Andrew’s interest in property began back in 1988 when, at 18 and after returning from taking time to see some of the world, he joined a large independent firm of estate agents in Totteridge, North London. His career in residential sales progressed at speed and by the time he was 25 he had opened his own agency in Barnet. Andrew spent 20 years in residential sales selling a wide variety of properties from small studio apartments to multi-million pound homes. In the Summer of 2008 he called time on his sales career and left to join Integrity Property Management where he has quickly become an integral part of the business. He has brought with him his focus on customer care and attention to detail from his sales days. When not at work Andrew is a devoted family man, a keen sportsman and an avid reader.
